Place your hand on the sensor known as the "Liar's Orb" and answer the questions asked by Enma Daiō to see whether you are telling the truth or not.
Enma Daiō will provide one of the following responses:
• You are telling the truth!
• What you're saying appears to be true.
• (No response)
• This is no time to be pretentious!
• Who do you think you are?!
• You fool!
• You seem suspicious...
• It isn't good to lie.
• You're a total liar!

A total of eight questions will be asked per game.
Once the game ends, the ending video will play and you are given a special card.
If you selected "Male" during the gender selection process, a card will be drawn from the card dispenser on the left, and if you chose "Female", a card will be drawn from the card dispenser on the right.

The game was released as a full-fledged polygraph-based game utilizing a newly developed high-sensitivity biosensor. This large-sized arcade cabinet reminded people just how technically skilled Toaplan's developers were. It also featured a card dispenser that issued specially made cards once the game had ended, which made it a hot topic when a famous group utilized it in a four-panel comic found in a well-known weekly comic magazine. The game's content and the cards themselves, as well as the reliability of the sensor, proved fascinating to players across the country, and continuous laughter could be heard at various arcades and amusement parks at the time. However, those that incurred Enma Daiō's wrath probably weren't laughing too much...
